❌ Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please send us an email at 📧 dhruvsapra14@gmail.com with your Order Number and Phone Number.

Our customer care team will call you to confirm the cancellation.

You may be asked the reason for cancellation, and once approved, the order will be cancelled.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 12–24 hours back to your original payment method.

Please note: Cancellation requests must be made before the order is shipped.

 

🔄 Exchange Policy

We only offer exchange in the following cases:

If the product delivered is damaged.

If you receive a wrong item.

2. Our team will verify and approve your request.

 

3. A replacement will be shipped within 1–2 working days after approval.
